Who is responsible for your data?

Busca Cristo — Spain Barcelona Mission, of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. You can contact us at spain.barcelona@missionary.org.

What data do we collect?

• First and last name
• Email and/or phone number
• Address (optional)
• The topic you are interested in and the message you write

Because your interest in matters of faith may reveal your religious beliefs, we handle this data with special care and only with your explicit consent.

What do we use it for?

Only to respond to your message and contact you about what you have requested (for example, a Book of Mormon, a visit or an activity). We do not sell your data or use it for any other purpose.

Where is it stored?

Your data is stored in a Google spreadsheet (Google Sheets) that only the people from the Mission who will contact you can access. Google acts as a storage provider. If you use the location button, your coordinates are sent to the OpenStreetMap service (Nominatim) solely to convert them into an address; they are not stored there with your name.

How long do we keep it?

For as long as necessary to handle your request, and we delete it when you ask us to.

Your rights

You can at any time request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, withdraw your consent or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to spain.barcelona@missionary.org. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
