Scripture Study

Two books that speak of Christ

The Bible and the Book of Mormon do not contradict each other — they complement each other. Both contain the word of God, the teachings of Jesus Christ and the testimony of prophets who lived in different parts of the world. Together they form a fuller witness of Jesus as the Savior of the world.

We invite you to study the scriptures with us in an atmosphere of respect, friendship and learning. It doesn't matter how much you know — what matters is the desire to learn and draw closer to God.

What will we study?

• The life and ministry of Jesus Christ according to the Gospels and the Book of Mormon
• The Sermon on the Mount — the handbook for a happy life
• The parables of Jesus and their lessons for today
• The prophets of the Old Testament and of the American continent
• Prayer, repentance and how to draw closer to God
• The promises of the Book of Mormon: faith, hope and peace

How does it work?

• Personalized sessions based on your level of knowledge and interests
• You can study at home, in a chapel or in a public place — you choose
• Our missionaries guide you with patience and without pressure
• Completely free and with no obligation of any kind

Study at your own pace

There is no rush and no deadlines. You can study once a week or whenever your schedule allows. What matters is that you enjoy the process of learning and growing spiritually. If you like, we can also give you a free copy of the Book of Mormon to read on your own.
